Once our client had purchased the property we worked with Conran Partnership to obtain a suitable planning permission. As project managers we worked with a building company and the clients interior designer to deliver the completed units ready for sale.
The refurbishment of a fire damaged listed factory of 100,000 sqft into 87 apartments, offices and Brighton fringe.
