As project managers we worked closely with the client’s chosen building contractor.

We were responsible for ensuring that the architects, engineers and principle contractor were always briefed on the clients changes and that contract variations were addressed.

Our Cost Control service played an important role ensuring that the client was informed quickly of any impact interior design changes and choices would have on the overall budget.
