Our client agreed the purchase of a detached house in 4 acres of land in an architecturally sensitive area.
As project managers we worked closely with the client’s chosen building contractor.
We were responsible for ensuring that the professional team and principle contractor were always briefed on the client’s changes and that contract variations were addressed.
Our Cost Control service played an important role ensuring that the client was informed quickly of any impact interior design changes and choices would have on the overall budget.
The construction of 18,000sqft of house and staff accommodation in the stunning Windsor Great Park.
