Acting on the client’s behalf as project managers we oversaw the initial design on this sensitive site. The original house had been illegally demolished prior to our client purchasing the land. We then oversaw the construction of the new home, working with interior designers, structural and mechanical engineers and a local building company.
The construction of an 8,000 sqft house with 5,500 sqft basement at Wentworth Golf Club.
